This thorough renovation of a 1929 upstate Georgian house included extensive work on the kitchen to maximize its function and style. Across 4,900 square feet, including 8 bedrooms, we worked to preserve the building’s original qualities while introducing select modern alterations to increase livability. The relationship between the indoors and outdoors was crucial to achieving our aim, which included the addition of windows and a careful edit of contemporary materials, fixtures and art that reveals itself in the details.
