The past couple of months have been informative, both design-wise and life-wise. More time in interior spaces offers the opportunity to reflect on not only what makes us “us,” but also on ideas of enhanced livability – complementing the way we *actually* live. Our guiding design light is not trend. It’s addressing honest ritual and habit with joy and beauty.
Our stay-at-home lives are bringing out an even more special take on entertainment. As we cook adventurous meals, moonlight as mixologists, and dial-in our circles for virtual happy hours, the new rituals have transformed our senses and *spatial wish lists*. Perhaps you’ve found yourself outgrowing your makeshift bar or have noticed you need a few extra seats for family game night. Maybe it’s time for the lingering grand ideas – like more outdoor lounge seating or updating the style at a second (now full-time) home– to move into action plan. From creative private workspaces and home gyms to the smaller-scale nuances (where are we charging all those devices?!), now is the time to rethink how your home works for you
You can accommodate the pragmatic and still open up to color and art and setting *the mood*. Finding that balance and guiding you through it is our touch. Purchase those unique, not-your-garden-variety candles and the best wood salad bowl. Hang that art you’ve had your eye on. Let’s live the good life, and cheers to entertaining OURSELVES!
